This restoration project involved the replacement of a nearly 100-year-old stucco system with Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive CI Design wall system, an Exterior Insulation and Finishing System (EIFS). The Rockwell Automation headquarters building was experiencing stucco cracks and required expensive repairs annually, mandated by the City of Milwaukee. The architect, applicator, distributor and Senergy are in close collaboration to ensure the phased, multi-year approach is on track. The durable, weather-resistant cladding can withstand the harsh environmental conditions along the shores of Lake Michigan, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
