Sophisticated and stylish, the Martin on Main Apartments boast spectacular views and amenities. Every detail was meticulously designed to bring optimum comfort to residents, including the building exterior. The design team selected Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive CI Design and Fine Finish, accented with Wood Grain Effect. The Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) includes a continuous layer of insulation, air / water-resistive barrier, and adhesive drainage channels. These key components are specifically designed and tested to work together to deliver energy efficiency and moisture protection. The Wood Grain Effect used to create the wood panel accents is a specialty acrylic finish technique that is not only of high quality but also significantly more cost-effective.
