Located in Matthews, North Carolina, the newly complete Austin Village Retail Center uses the Channeled Adhesive CI Design with MaxGrip Veneer Mortar to achieve the required exterior look and feel. The best-in-class wall system seamlessly incorporates continuous insulation, air/water-resistive barrier and drainage for optimal heat, air and moisture management. The system features MaxGrip Veneer Mortar, an innovative setting bed mortar used to adhere natural and manufactured stone, ceramic tile, and thin brick veneer without the need to use mechanical fasteners, which puncture the underlying air barrier.
