Using a system rather than an assembly, the designers of the Ocean Enclave by Hilton were able to reduce the building envelope to just three elements: windows, EIFS, and aluminum panels. EIFS empowered the project team to meet the owner’s goals for the project budget, construction time frame, and single-source responsibility. The facade incorporates a gorgeous architectural feature inspired by the sandy beaches of Myrtle Beach created with Senergy's Alumina Finish.
The project was was recognized with an Award of Merit during the 2020 EIFS Project Hero Awards, presented by EIMA.
