​Comprised of two oceanfront, 18-story buildings, Crescent Shores Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC​ needed repair and a complete over-clad of its deteriorating stucco exterior. The project included Senergy Adhered Mat Design System with PermaLath 1000 as well as Master Builders Solutions coatings, concrete repair and joint sealant solutions, all covered under a single-source manufacturer warranty. The project resulted in a significant cost-savings, increased energy-efficiency for condo owners, as well as a fresh, new look with a bold style.​
