After 47 years, East Park Tower Condominium building received an upgraded exterior cladding system that enhances exterior appeal and delivers energy efficiency and moisture protection. The restoration project included the removal of the old Exterior Insulation & Finishing System (EIFS), structural repairs and installation of Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive CI Design wall system with Sahara Finish. The speed and ease of installation reduced impact on homeowners and enabled completion before onset of winter.
