Located in Auburn, Washington, Legacy Plaza Senior Living apartments offer comfort and convenience. The building exterior is wrapped in Senergy Channeled Adhesive CI Design, a premium, fully integrated code compliant wall system featuring continuous insulation (CI) and air/water resistive barrier for optimum heat, air and moisture control. The multi-cladding aesthetic was achieved with SenerBrick, a specialty acrylic finish technique and Intonaco for an ultra-smooth metallic-like texture.
