The building exterior is equality strong, wrapped in Senergy's Channeled Adhesive CI Design for optimum energy efficiency, ideal for the hot and humid Texas weather conditions. The thin brick veneer was installed with MaxGrip Veneer Mortar, a high strength setting bed mortar which eliminates the need for metal lath or metal trims that can corrode or rust over time.
