With stunning views of Lake Ontario, Guildwood Condominiums is a gateway to one of Toronto’s most idyllic neighborhoods. The building exterior is enclosed with 41,000 sq. ft. of Senergy’s Senerflex GDC Design System. The SenerBrick acrylic finish technique was used to achieve a vibrant red brick appearance, while a smooth Texture Finish was used on the façade accents to simulate a natural precast appearance.
