X Denver 2 is a mixed-use residential building located in the Arapahoe Square neighborhood in Denver. The building has it all, including more than 300 apartment units, parking, and dedicated amenity spaces for coworking, fitness, dining, a pool, spa and more. The exterior facade is made up of 1,079 prefabricated panels; 909 traditional EIFS panels, 106 masonry panels, and 64 back up panels. 

X Denver shows the value prefabrication can offer on a complex, time sensitive project. The EIFS panels were two-stories high with chamfered reveals running horizontally every 2’ on center across the face of the panel and around the edge of the panel. There were more than 43,200 linear feet (over 8 miles!) of reveals that all had to be aligned panel to panel both vertically and horizontally.
