One7 at Belleview Station located in south Denver is a mixed use building with 250 luxury apartments, office space, a spacious lobby and luxury amenity areas. The building is in the center of Belleview Station offering residents a calming retreat away from the busy city with great views and luxury amenities in a modern setting. 

The project design features multiple cladding types that were achieved by using a mix of EIFS panels and some “Backup Panels” with field applied finishes. In total of 885 prefabricated panels - 692 EIFS Panels & 193 Backup Panels.

Using prefabricated EIFS panels offered the project increased safety on site, superior quality of the installed product, and led to an overall reduction in the project timeline. Prefabrication also reduced the amount of space needed on site for materials since panels were delivered ready to install to the jobsite.
