Located in San Angelo, Texas, Tom Green Detention Facility achieved durability, drainage efficiency and the required R value with 4'' of insulation board without mechanical attachment with the Channeled Adhesive CI Design installed over tilt-wall construction. Additionally, MasterSeal NP 1 and MasterSeal NP 100 were used to seal all joints.
