Goldwynn Resort & Residences
Project Summary
The Goldwynn Resort and Residences is located on the prestigious Cable Beach coastline in Nassau, Bahamas. The design was crafted to display mid-century modern architecture which blends into the Bahamian landscape.
The design team selected Senergy Senerflex GDC System to achieve the desired architectural contours by modifying the thickness of insulation. Senerflex GDC System provides superior impact resistance in high traffic areas to protect the building exterior from damage.
The Textured Acrylic Surfacing System was installed over concrete surfaces to prepare the substrate for the 100% acrylic polymer finish coat. Senerflex Fine Finish provided an aesthetically pleasing smooth surface with a custom white color to compliment the architectural design and surrounding landscape.
