This new IHOP location in Tulsa is ready to welcome customers with its inviting exterior using Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive CI Design System with MaxGrip Veneer Mortar. The advanced cladding system seamlessly incorporates monolithic heat, air, and moisture control layers for optimum energy efficiency. MaxGrip Veneer Mortar is a high strength setting bed mortar that enabled the installation of the stone veneer without mechanical fasteners, which penetrate the underlying air / water-resistive barrier, reducing energy efficiency and creating the risk for moisture intrusion.
