With
snow-capped Mount Rainier as it’s backdrop, the newly finished Orting City Hall
incorporates stone and thin brick veneer to complement its surroundings. The
building is wrapped in Senergy Channeled Adhesive CI Design with MaxGrip Veneer
Mortar. The system seamlessly incorporates continuous insulation,
air/water-resistive barrier and drainage delivering energy efficiency and
protection from the elements year after year. The system features MaxGrip Veneer
Mortar, an innovative setting bed mortar used to adhere up to 15 lbs. per sq.
ft. of natural and manufactured stone, ceramic tile, and thin brick veneer.
Mechanical fasteners are not needed, which puncture the air barrier, reducing its
effectiveness.
