Located in the unique and energetic Platte Street district between downtown Denver and the bustling Highlands neighborhood, One Platte is a premier mixed-use office building, thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort and productivity. The striking building exterior is a combination of large windows and masonry panels.
Manufactured and installed by South Valley Prefab, the masonry panels use Senergy’s Insulated Masonry Veneer System with MaxGrip Veneer Mortar, a high strength setting bed mortar used to adhere the thin brick veneer. The prefab masonry panels reduced exterior envelope construction time by 3 months. Additionally, using thin brick veneer instead of full brick, reduced the weight of the exterior wall system by 67%, further decreasing the size and cost of the building construction.
The project was recognized with a 2022 EIFS Architectural Awards Honorable Mention in the Mixed-use category, presented by EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA).
