Uses
Senerflex GDC Design is used for exterior walls in new and retrofit commercial, institutional and residential construction. It is used when a water drainage or rainscreen Class PB EIFS is desired or required to satisfy code issues. The system is also used when high wind-load requirements dictate the use of adhesive attachment.
The system uses a secondary air/water-resistive barrier, vertical beads of adhesive and channels in the back of the insulation board to provide an added level of protection of the sheathing and cavity against moisture and air intrusion. It offers design flexibility, aesthetic appeal and energy savings.
