Children’s Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas has a mission to ensure every child has a safe and nurturing home, and it was important to bring this mission to life in the design of the building. The warm and inviting multi-cladding aesthetic was made possible with Senergy’s best-in-class wall systems, including Channeled Adhesive CI Design with Wood Grain Effect and Channeled Adhesive CI Design with MaxGrip Veneer Mortar. The fully integrated, code compliant wall systems include a single monolithic fluid-applied air/water-resistive barrier and layer of continuous insulation (CI) for superior heat, air and moisture control.
The wood panels were created using Senergy’s Wood Grain Effect, an easy-to-install, specialty acrylic finish technique. The stone veneer was installed using MaxGrip Veneer Mortar, a specially formulated, high strength mortar used to adhere masonry veneer without mechanical fasteners.
